NEET Rank Predictor 2026: Marks vs Rank

Enter your NEET score out of 720. See the All India Rank that score actually got in the NEET 2026 re-exam and in NEET 2025, worked out from official NTA result data.

Why we show two years

The same marks give very different ranks when the paper is easier or harder. In NEET 2025 (a hard paper, topper 686), 600 marks got AIR 1,334 – 1,454. In the NEET 2026 re-exam (easier, topper 715), 600 marks got AIR 9,818 – 10,160. Your NEET 2027 rank will most likely fall between these two.

Is this an official NEET rank?

No. Only NTA gives your All India Rank, on your NEET scorecard. This tool shows the rank that the same marks got in NEET 2026 and NEET 2025, worked out from official NTA result documents and state counselling merit lists. Use it as an estimate based on past years' results.

How is the rank calculated?

NTA ranks candidates by marks. Your AIR is roughly the number of candidates who scored at least as much as you. We count this from two kinds of government data: NTA's official counts (for example, 10,160 candidates scored 600 or more in NEET 2026) and the Uttar Pradesh state merit lists, which show the marks and official AIR of over 32,000 real candidates each year. Wherever both exist, they agree closely.

Why is the same score a very different rank in 2025 and 2026?

Paper difficulty changes every year. NEET 2025 was a hard paper (topper: 686 marks), so 600 marks was a top rank. The NEET 2026 re-exam was easier (topper: 715 marks), so more students scored high. Seeing both years tells you the realistic range for your score.

What were the NEET 2026 and 2025 qualifying cut-off marks?

NEET 2026: General / EWS 213 marks, OBC / SC / ST 177 marks. NEET 2025: General / EWS 144 marks, OBC / SC / ST 113 marks (NTA data).

Does it predict my category rank or college?

Not yet. It shows the All India Rank (AIR) only, because that is what the official data supports. Category rank and college cut-offs depend on counselling rounds and seat matrices.

Is the NEET rank predictor free? Do I need to log in?

It is free and needs no login, phone number or email. Your marks stay in your browser.

Data sources and method

A candidate's All India Rank is about the number of candidates who scored the same or more. We count that from NTA's published figures and from Uttar Pradesh state counselling merit lists, which list each candidate's NEET marks next to their official AIR. Where a score has no direct data, the rank is filled in from the nearest scores on both sides.
